Exercises done wrong #1: Lat Pulldowns

Lat Pulldowns are often done with poor form. Done correctly, the lat pulldown trains the back muscles and core. Improper form can injure your neck or shoulders. Watch this video to learn what NOT to do in the gym! If you have seen people doing this the wrong way at your gym, leave a comment.
