Learn how to do a push-up, even if you can’t do one!

Push-ups can be frustrating! Most people do them completely wrong! You must touch your chest to the ground to do a “real” push-up. If you don’t go low then you just put pressure on your shoulders and risk a rotator cuff injury.

So what can you do if you are not strong enough to do a proper push-up?
