Challenge your balance ability with this workout!  Don’t worry, there are easier options you can follow, as long as you don’t laugh when I fall over!

One-legged movements combined with upper body and a whole lot of surprises make this a fun, yet challenging workout!

You can do this workout once, or improve your strength and balance by repeating the workout 2 to 3 times a week for 1 or 2 weeks!
